Includes White Rouge compound, Emery compound, Tripoli compound, 2-1/4', 3', and 4' cotton buffing wheels, 1/4' mandrel, nut and washers. For use with 3/8' or 1/2' chuck drills. 3450 max rpm (revolutions per minute).
